In 2005 Consolidated Properties formed Domain Resorts, a holiday and resort management company.  Domain Resorts manages two CPG properties;
the $1.5 billion Domain Casuarina Beach Resort in Northern NSW and the $35 million Domain Stradbroke Resort at Point Lookout on North Stradbroke Island.

As a result of the Trinity acquisition in 2006, Domain Resorts was divested and is now an independent company.
