Project partners

The key to Consolidated Properties' success lies in its unique Project Partner model.

Project Partners are equity investors in the project and earn their profit share solely from project performance rather than from salaries, consultancies or percentage fees.

Project Partners are experienced development entrepreneurs identified by CPG’s senior management team and invited to join CPG. They are focused on the development’s needs and are supported by CPG’s base business systems in accounting, financing and general administration.  They are highly skilled in leading successful project development teams to ensure timely and profitable outcomes.
