Consolidated Properties has gained Development Approval for its new 15-lot office park subdivision at Nerang on Queensland’s Gold Coast. Construction will start shortly on the new development, located on a prime 2.2 hectare site at the junction of the M1 motorway and Nerang-Broadbeach Road.

Lots at M1 71 will range in size from 800 square metres to 2,700 square metres, with prices starting from $950,000. Subject to council approval, the land will have a maximum density of 3:1, enabling in some cases buildings from three to five storeys.

As well as its strategic position at the junction of two major arterial motorways, the new office park is located just 300 metres from the Nerang Town Centre and 800 metres from the Nerang Railway Station, which provides regular train services to Brisbane. There has already been strong buyer interest in the development, with three presales finalised before the project’s formal release in October 2008.
