Completed in 2002, 175 Eagle Street was the first premium grade office tower to be completed in the Brisbane CBD for over a decade.
175 Eagle Street contains approximately 23,000m² of premium office space and makes a statement just as powerful as benchmark buildings twice or three times its size. Located in the ‘Golden Triangle’ of the Brisbane CBD, 175 Eagle Street is the northern cornerstone of this hub and houses major tenants Credit Union Australia and Deacons Lawyers.
The Commonwealth Law Courts

The Commonwealth Law Courts in Brisbane has been quoted by the judiciary as being the best working courts in Australia.
This Award winning public building was delivered 100 days ahead of schedule and within the $130m budget set. The project involved the construction and fit out of the new 33,000m² building in Brisbane’s CBD to house the Federal Courts, Family Court and other Commonwealth Government Court facilities.
In 1995 the Courts won the BOMA Award for Best Building.
The project was then on-sold to the Commonwealth and remains one of the general public’s most popular buildings.
Sydney Harbour Casino

Based in Ultimo, Sydney, this project involved the refurbishment of a 7,700m² office building to house the head office functions of the Sydney Harbour Casino, during construction.
Since sold to a superannuation fund, the building is now used to train casino staff.
