Nestlé is the world’s largest food and beverage company with more than 250,000 employees and over 500 factories in 86 countries around the world. Today, Nestlé Oceania spans Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific Islands, with 15 factories, nine distribution centres, and more than 50 offices and 4,700 employees across the region.

In the late 90's, Consolidated Properties developed 9 distribution centres for this international giant.  The centres are located down the eastern seaboard of Australia in regional centres such as Bendigo and Yandina.

The Boehringer Ingelheim group of companies’ corporate vision is "Value through Innovation".  As a group they are committed to constantly finding ways of doing new things well or doing the same things better – creating Value through Innovation.  Their Australian head office in North Ryde had to support this commitment.

In 1998 Consolidated Properties developed the new Boehringer Ingelheim facility in North Ryde, Sydney, comprising a three level office, research and distribution centre.

The facility was then sold to a major superannuation fund.
