Seahaven Resort is a proposed new development located on Queensland’s Sunshine Coast at 9-21 Hastings Street, Noosa.

The development will comprise 20 fully-serviced, boutique tourism residences on a 4,722 square metre site, a beachfront swimming pool, eight to 10 retail outlets fronting Hastings Street, 70 basement car bays, and extensive landscaping. 

The project will enhance the area’s reputation as a leading tourist destination and contribute to the revitalisation of a prime section of Noosa’s Hastings Street retail precinct.

The project has been designed by the Sunshine Coast’s Foster Designs, located at Peregian Beach, and will work with Ken Hicks & Associates town planning, and Land Graphics landscape architects, both based at Maroochydore. Leading Australian architect, Woods Bagot, has also played a key role in the design.
